January Favorites!!!!

JANUARY FAVORITES

Hi pretty girls! I know it's kinda late but it's better late than never. Today I will be sharing with you my January Favorites. Please forgive me for being missing in action these past few days because I was finishing my requirements for my professional career. But yes, Grasya's Diary will be featuring my monthly favorites; hair care, skin care, makeup, etc. So let's start!

HAIR CARE FAVORITES:

Golden Fabulouz Keratin Argan Oil Shampoo

In one of my blogs, I have shared to you that since I started having breakouts and rashes, I've been picky with my shampoos because our shampoos may be the culprit for those impurities in our skin. With that, I was able to discover this sulfate-free shampoo which really makes my hair soft and make my skin rash-free. It is 199.00 per bottle, sometimes they have a buy one take one promo. Available in Watsons.

Dove Nutritive Solutions Oxygen and Nourishment Conditioner

Do you want hair with volume? Try this conditioner. It is around P120.00 per bottle and also available in sachets. Another plus is that it smells so great.

SKIN CARE FAVORITES:

 BYS Exfoliating Disc

Washing my face has never been so enjoyable until I discovered this exfoliating disc from BYS. This is very soft and removes my make-up so well. What I bought is kinda expensive at P250.00 because I believe some DAISO branches sell this for P88.00. If you don't have budget for Clarisonic or other battery-operated facial cleansers, this can be a good try.

Kojie San Dream White Anti-Aging Soap

Well, I don't use it a lot on my face but I love this so much whenever I use it on my body. It also has kojic acid but you won't feel that stinging effect like the usual kojic soap. You would see your dead skin cells after washing. I feel the lightening effect of this soap. P60.00 for 2 bars? So affordable.

Hygienix Hand-Care Antibacterial Hand Spray

Are you kinda OC when it comes to your hands? Do you want clean and sanitized hands without having them dried? Alcohol is too drying. You may want to try this antibacterial hand spray because aside from its non-drying formula, it smells so good too. For only less than P40.00, you can already have this handy antibacterial hand spray.

Hypoallergenic Milk Cleanser

This is an Extra Gentle Soapfree Cleanser. It is not foamy but you can feel that your face is cleaned. The consistency is like of Cetaphil but I believe it is more gentle because Is till tend to have rashes with Cetaphil. I no longer have breakouts. It is kinda pricey at P400.00. Available at my Dermatologist's Clinic, (Dr. Portia Ortiz) Commonwealth Hospital and Medical Center.

Pond's Perfect Care Cold Cream

During the days I have heavy make-up, this is a good cleanser. But for ordinary days, I use it in cleaning my neck and it does a good job. It is an inexpensive makeup remover for only less than P150.00. Cold Cream has been part of the beauty regimen of our ancestors hehehe. It's one of the secrets of Ms. Imelda Marcos.

MAKE-UP FAVORITES:

True Match Liquid Foundation

What I love about this foundation is that it really suits my shade and this is really good in picture taking! No white casts. It's just a natural-looking foundation. No foundation day. I got this on sale, around P460 something I think but I believe this one is sold around P600 something,

Mary Kay CC Cream

I am in love with this CC Cream because I can look presentable, made-up, without the heavy feeling. It is also a great sunscreen . It is a sunscreen, make-up and skin care in one. Check out my full review for this one.

Sleek Matte Me in Birthday Suit

Need I say more? Even Ms. Anne Clutz is raving about this matte lipstick. I so love its natural-looking effect. Matte lipstick that is not sticky. I love it. Check out my full review for this one.

So these are my January Favorites. If you want a full review for each of the products please let me know by putting your suggestions  in the comment box. Review for Celeteque Hydration Facial Moisturizer

REVIEW FOR CELETEQUE HYDRATION FACIAL MOISTURIZER First of all, thanks for giving Grasya's Diary a sight. Today, I will be giving you an updated review for Celeteque Hydration Moisturizer.  I used to have oily skin, but due to some topical treatments and cleansers, I got a combination skin after. There were dry patches after weeks of using my creams so I asked my derma if I can use a moisturizer. She told me I can but I just need to put  on to dry patches in order for me not to have an oily face again. I was  confused with her statement because I know that even you have an oily skin, you must still use a moisturizer, just pick a water-based then.  So I still use it for the whole face hehe. I was using Myra-E before but I feel it's kinda heavy on my face so I tried this Celeteque Hydration Facial Moisturizer.  Again, to reiterate, can we use Moisturizer even we have oily skin? Yes. Oil is different from moisture. Sometimes our skin tends to oil-up because it needs mo

Smashbox Photo finish Primer versus Benefit Porefessional Primer

Smashbox Photo finish Primer versus Benefit Porefessional Primer   First of all, Happy New Year and Happy Valentine's Day... Hahaha... Yes blogging is back; it was never gone. I was just too focused with my corporate job but I am here now... and we will keep the ball rollin' So today, I will be reviewing 2 primers; Smashbox Photo Finish Primer and Benefit Porefessional Primer. It would be a comparison review. But let me define what a Primer is. Primer is a product applied on the face prior to foundation to ensure that the surface or canvass will be smooth, poreless, refined and sometimes used to prolong the staying power of the foundation; as it also can control oil. Imagine painting your wall? We use primer first before the paint right? Same thing on our face. There are difderent types of primers but today I will just focus on the 2 mentioned brands; Smashbox and Benefit. Correct me if I am wrong but I believe those brands are part of the high-e

Review for Naturactor Cover Face

Beautiful day ladies! Today I will be reviewing my favorite foundation this season. Yes, for this season because I tend to change foundation. For those who are asking, this is the same review posted in my FB Page but I just did some revision with the format and with the wordings as well. Why am I so into this foundation?  Do I love this product? Let us see. So here's the verdict :  CHARACTERISTICS: ● Naturactor is a make-up from Japan and I love Japan make-ups. It was named Naturactor Cover Face since it is really a concealer but because of its good coverage, it can be used as a foundation.  ●The texture is velvety, and is a cream-type of foundation. ●It smells like an “oldies make-up”. What I meant was the scent of the make-up before of our grandmoms has quite difference with today’s fragranced make-up. If you are sensitive with the smell of a make-up, this may be an issue.  VARIETY: ● Cover face has 5 shades, but there are also other variants as shown belo
